Reportable Conduct Investigators will actively promote the health?, safety and wellbeing of children and young people who access a range of services including across various industries and sectors, including but not limited to Government, non-government, not for profit, Education, Disability, private and corporate sectors, of who provided services to or for Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults.
You will work closely with a dedicated team of specialised and highly qualified investigators and interviewers.
Your contractor role will involve:
- Planning and conducting efficient and objective investigations and/or fact findings into allegations of reportable conduct as defined by the Commission for Children and Young People or other legislative standards and principles including Aged Care and Disability.
- Planning and conducting Root Cause Analyses of processes related to safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
- Delivery of Training associated to Interviewing Vulnerable Witnesses, Subjects of Allegation, Reportable Conduct Investigations.
This is a contractor position; you will require ABN and insurance and a minimum qualification of Cert IV Government Investigation and Cert III Investigative Services.
Safeguarding Solutions Australia is focused on safer requirement practices and all staff and contractors are required to undertake screening and assessment prior to engagement.
Safeguarding Solutions is building its network to ensure a multiple disciplinary team of investigators is at hand, to ensure we are providing bespoke industry and evidence informed investigative practices with a focus on psychological safety and trauma informed principles.
